The house is located in Estrella de Mar, a quiet residential area of the small fishing village Los Urrutias in the south of Cartagena – just a one-minute walk from the Mar Menor. The location offers a perfect combination of relaxation and proximity to all essential amenities. Within minutes, you can reach beaches, restaurants, small shops, pharmacies, a medical center, a bodega, and cozy beach bars.
