The apartment accommodates up to four people. It has three rooms, two bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom and an American-style kitchen. A highlight is the balcony where you can enjoy the evening sun from 6:00 PM. The apartment is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, towels and bed linen. It has German television and an Amazon Fire TV Stick. It is located on the first floor and is also accessible by elevator.
The complex features a beautiful interior area with three pools, two of which are disabled-accessible. Palm trees frame the complex and create a Caribbean atmosphere. The ideal place to relax.
We provide our guests with sun loungers for pool use. We only ask that you return the loungers to the apartment from the pool area at the end of the day. Please also note that glass in any form is not allowed in the pool areas.
The residential complex impresses with its central yet quiet location. As a closed, secure and private residence, it is only a few minutes' walk from the beach, shopping, bars and restaurants - a car is therefore not necessary if you prefer to walk.

According to the house rules of the Puerto Marina complex, it is not permitted to dry towels on the balcony. Please use the available drying rack instead.
